Hakim Altlis is an Artist and Graphic Designer based in Tripoli, Libya. His illustrations are driven by a strong narrative approach. In his work, he creates a link between conceptual thinking and visual experimentation. Hakim works across the disciplines of illustration especially with the use of the charcoal medium. With a true passion for expressive art, he is able to communicate his love for art through articulating a story to the viewer.
