Ayman Essa
Ayman Essa is a Palestinian artist born (1974 in Gaza, Palestine. He grew up in the Gaza strip. In 1999 he got his BA in Fine Art from An-Najah National University – Palestine. He graduated his Master of Fine Arts, specific in painting, University of Helwan, Egypt 2011. He did several solo exhibitions locally and internationally, his works belong to human figurative art With an distinctive style of painting that uses very vibrant colors and enlarged human figures (mostly women); Ayman’s paintings are easily recognizable to anyone who is familiar with his work. The centrality of the large voluptuous female bodies in his paintings is so clear, as if to pay a tribute and celebrate the beauty of women’s fecundity He in several collective exhibitions as follows; The Rome Biennale, the exhibition at the League of Palestinian Artists and Dar Al Karama in Ramallah, in addition Ayman exhibited his work in France, UK, Italy and Dubai. Recently he was selected to attend the residency in the “City International Des Arts” in Paris
