Sara Sherkyan
I’m Sara Sherkyan, a Jordanian – Armenian watercolor artist. I studied architecture, I sketch places I connect to and paint the architectural typologies of places from all over the world specially Jordan and Palestine.
The architecture I paint is a way to freeze time and capture a moment, a feeling and maybe a memory of that place, a teleport machine to go through space and time to the places we love the most.
I use watercolors because they’re a delicate and sensitive method that gives a soft and elegant effect to any drawing.
